jono_analytics_consent
Local storage (strictly necessary). Remembers your analytics choice so we don't ask again. Lifetime: Until you clear it or change your choice.
PostHog (ph_* identifiers)
Cookies / local storage (optional analytics). Product analytics and session replay (inputs masked), hosted in the EU. Loads ONLY after you accept the consent banner; never on caller-facing pages. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored as a no. Lifetime: Up to 12 months from your last visit.
jono_support_optin
Local storage (records your choice). Remembers that you asked for help, so the support chat does not ask you to opt in again every visit. Set only when you open the support chat yourself. Lifetime: Until you clear it, or decline optional cookies.
Intercom support chat — intercom-* identifiers
Cookies / local storage (optional support chat). Runs the in-product support chat and keeps your conversation history, hosted in the EU. Loads ONLY after you accept the consent banner or click "Need help?" yourself; never on caller-facing pages. A Global Privacy Control signal stops it loading on its own, and declining optional cookies shuts it down and forgets your opt-in. Lifetime: Up to 9 months from your last visit.
Google Fonts
External request (no cookie). Loads the Inter typeface from fonts.googleapis.com — your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. No advertising or analytics. Lifetime: N/A.
